network. If you don't love us, take your number to another carrier at any time during those 30 days

Please note that
in order to take your number to another carrier, you must keep your ACS
account open until your number is switched. Do not cancel your ACS Wireless
service before you number is active with a new service provider.
You must take your number to another wireless carrier within 30 days of
activation for your account to be credited applicable charges. You will
receive a check within two or three weeks from day of deactivation.

Phone must be returned in original packaging with
all materials that were originally included in the box (charger, clips,
manuals, etc.). Phone must be in good working order without visual
damage and must be to an ACS retail location. |
