International Calling Plans

Plan

• ACS International Solutions has lower rates for all countries. The customer will be
  billed the lower rates if they sign up for the International Solutions Plan. Consumers (residential) will pay $1.95/month for the plan fee and Business customers will pay $3.95/month for the plan fee per account. Minutes will be billed at 30/6 second increments.
• Calls are billed in six second increments with a thirty second minimum. Individual
  country per-minute rates are subject to change (up or down) and will be posted accordingly on the ACS website 24 hours in advance.

Benefits

• Plan is competitive and unlike other International LD service providers customers
  do not have to select particular countries.
• Country Codes listed with a (C) designation refer to rates for Cellular calls originated from ACS-LD origination points. Customers may terminate calls to cellular phones at the rates listed with (C) designation in the below rate sheet. Calls terminating on a wireless phone in countries without a (C) designation will be billed at the standard list rate.

Customer Eligibility

• Customers must have ACS as their long distance provider.
• Customers must have ACS as their local service provider (where available).
• Customers will not receive the new rates without signing up for the ACS International Solutions plan.
• Customers are no longer eligible for participation in International Solutions Plan if they switch any of their long distance or local service (where available) from ACS after signing up for the plan.
• Customers who are no longer eligible for the plan automatically revert to the ACS-LD basic International rates.
